That assembly does not allow partially trusted callers. I got this problem! After googled and found that the solution is simple, just add following line to your AssemblyInfo. This constraint cannot be enabled as not all values have corresponding parent values. I got this problem when I tried to create DataRelation for my 2 DataTable. The solutions is to set constraint in DataRelation class to false.
